As a loyal customer, I used to received flowers from you sent by my Ottawa friend every year. I loved those flowers. So I decided to choose you this time for my close friend’s birthday in Hamilton. My friend sent me the picture of the delivered flowers. The flowers are all type of chrysanthemum, in Chinese culture, this type of flowers usually express sympathy. I wouldn’t mind if there are some of them, but using them all plus green for birthday celebration is bit of too much off. I’m deeply disappointed by the pick of the flowers , and I truly hope my friend isn’t offended by it. .Now I have to think about how to fix this.
